Royal Auction Services, Inc. was formed in April 2000. Our founder Jim Francis set a goal then to develop a business plan to serve not only those who need to sell their valuables, but to create a marketing system that would prove selling at auction is the only way to sell any of your valuables.

Royal Auctions is working to be one of the premium auction companies in Virginia. In order to accomplish this we will utilize three major themes:

First, and foremost we believe that, relationships must be formed, nutured and protected. We will provide all the information necessary for you to make knowledgable decisions through our Learning Center. We will keep our members current on the market conditions through our newsletters and reports. Some business experts would not approve of our business method but from time to time we will send you a note just to say hello and see how you are doing.

Secondly, even though relationships are important, execution of the task or jobs at hand must be consistent. Anyone can talk about consistancy but few strive for this excellance. We will provide specific details in the form of a written proposal of exactly what we will provide and what you can expect each and every time we conduct a sale. In our proposal will provide a provision giving you the right to fire us if you feel for any reason we are not working hard enough for your best interest.

Third, we specialize in capturing the attention of the media to further the marketing stradigies we employ. Conducting an auction sale rely's solely on competition. Royal Auctions handles all different classes of real estate: Houses, Estates, Land, Farms, Commercial, Industrial and municipal buildings. Each one of these classes represents a different business and has sub-classes as well. For example: "Houses" as a class represents New Houses, Used Houses, Foreclosures, Custom Built Homes, Water Front property, Trophy Houses, Country Homes and the list goes on.

In addition to real estate our licensed auctioneers utilize the traditional live auction, conducted at our auction house (commonly known as a “country auction”) combined with on-site auctions or a combination thereof to effectively market your goods. In addition to either method of auctions we employ we also utilize our online auction module to further enhance our marketing for the convience of our buyers.
